- Skills -> Air squats, push ups, banded pull ups/pull ups, wall climbs, single unders, wall balls, Knee 2 chest, etc
- Weighlifting -> snatch (40/25 kg), clean&jerk (50/35 kg), thruster (30/20 kg), deadlift (70/50 kg)
