Basic things that you have to be capable:
- Skills -> Pistol squats, shspu, pull ups, c2b, bar muscle up, ring muscle up, hswl, double unders, t2b etc.
- Weightlifting -> snatch (70/50 kg), clean&jerk (100/65 kg), thruster (50/35kg), deadlift (110/70 kg)
