You have been practicing this sport for at least 6-12 months, you like challenges and master almost all the movements of this sport.
Basic things that you have to be capable:
- Skills -> Pistol squats, hspu, pull ups, c2b, bar muscle up, wall climbs, double unders, t2b etc.
- Weightlifting -> snatch (60/35 kg), clean&jerk (80/45 kg), thruster (40/30 kg), deadlift (90/60 kg)
